The Running Man Exit Sign was officially adopted by the ISO in 1985. Canada’s National Building Code (NBC) has required the use of these signs since 2010. We offer Running Man Exit Signs in three styles: Thermoplastic, Steel, and Edge-Lit.

WHY A RUNNING MAN?

The Running Man Exit Sign’s green colour and pictogram were selected for two main reasons: Green means safety and “go” as opposed to red for danger or “don’t touch”, and a pictogram makes it a universal language with no barriers, allowing any visitor who speaks any language to understand the sign.
